The ever faithful Batman with its beautiful queuing area (that turns into a trash heap) and Bat Cave station is always a welcome sight for me at any Six Flags park. Sure B&M; have come up with bigger and better designs since, but few are as intense as Batman.
It is one of a few Inverteds to feature two vertical loops, and these are both very intense, probably because they appear smaller than the ones on B&M;'s later designs. The ride features no midcourse brakes and therefore provides constant pacing with an almost consecutive array of elements, five inversions in total. The helix is also pretty intense.
It saddens me to think that this ride is so often overlooked just because it has been cloned several times, and so what if it's noisy, I think it gives the ride character. I have never had a bad ride on any of the Batman rides, and it is good in every row, whereas some of the other Inverteds I've ridden are only any good in the front.
