Judge Roy Scream looks like it has the makings of a classic woodie - it has a nice single out-and-back design and is prominently positioned on its own pad running alongside a lake. Although it is not very big, it is still an eye catching site as you approach the park, but good luck trying to find it once you're inside!
I rode in both the front and back seats, and while I found the ride to be quite smooth, I only experienced one or two moments of modest air, mostly in the back seat on the first drop and after the turnaround. I have ridden similar sized coasters that have provided a lot more airtime, and thus, I was left a little disappointed by JRS. However, I don't think it was intended to be anything more than a family coaster, and it's certainly a great place for the youngsters to start out.
