This is the worlds only hairpin drop coaster, and it's easy to see why - some people find it very painful. It's built in a similar style to a wild mouse in that's it's compact, but it's extremely repetitive and can be painful on the ears. It consists of a series of very tight hairpin drops at either side of the circuit. The ride ends with a helix, which is quite good. Much of the bumpiness comes when the track changes direction; the actual hairpin dives are not too rough.
The ride spends much of its time closed, and there were rumors of new cars for the 2001 season, which might have helped reduce some of the discomfort and headbanging. However, I rode it in September and it still had what appeared to be the same trains and restraints. A lot of people dislike this ride, I don't find it too bad myself, but it's far from good.
